Orders are shipped from our warehouse to Reunion Island, usually within 5-7 working days for France / Europe, and 7-10 days for International. There may be occasional customs or courier delays that may affect your delivery time from time to time.

Kitouni uses COLISSIMO, La Poste service.
You will be responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the time of, or after delivery. Please note that Kitouni has no control over the customs duties, taxes and duties levied by the country of dispatch of your order. We can not advise you what the cost is. Since these fees are not calculated or applied to orders by Kitouni, please contact your local customs office for more information if you are unsure of charges.

Returns
We offer a hassle free return within 15 days for your bikini!
Items must be in their original condition with return labels and hygiene seal remaining in place. Items must not have been worn, washed or modified in any way.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
Kitouni offers a full refund (price of the item excluding the original shipping costs).
Attention, we do not accept returns on orders made during promotional periods, sales and other commercial offers.
Shipping costs incurred for the return are your responsibility, we do not cover them and do not refund them.

We leave you to choose your carrier by yourself. Make sure that the parcel reaches our premises directly and not in Point Relais, in which case your return will unfortunately not be processed.
We advise you to keep a proof of deposit of parcels provided by your carrier.
In case of absence of this one no refund can be made if there is a loss of package.
Upon receipt of the goods on our premises and after confirmation of the condition of the product (s), we will refund the amount billed to the account used to pay the order within 15 days.
